06.09.2010 - The night at Sunset
- Thank you to all of our fam that came out last night for J.U.'s show over in Hollywood! We had a great time and sure enough, J.U. rocked the stage and we all celebrated with nothing but shots, shots, and more shots. There will be more shows featuring J.U. this summer so stay tuned! 07.04.2010 - You're now rocking with the best!
- Save the date! This thursday night - July 8th, J.U. will be performing at Plush Lounge in the Key Club. If you have listened to J.U.'s music, now you have a chance to see J.U. rock it live. He is what a live performer is all about; get ready - you're now rocking with the best. We will see you in Hollywood!

06.12.2010 - Meeting with the visionary
- We had a meeting with the visionary mastermind Neil for J.U.'s next step after his release of "Life, Love & Hustle." There are many exciting things in the making right now. We can't tell you too much about the details but stay tuned as we have lots in the works for this summer!

05.28.2010 - New shipment
- We have received shipment of J.U.'s CDs! For those of you who prefer the old school (CDs are now a thing of the past in our crazy 2010 world), we have you covered! Here at V.S.P., no matter how much technology has brought changes to the world of music, we like to keep certian things the same. We treasure the idea of CDs - the cover art, insert, CD print, and other complimentary factors that go into a CD. But for all of you digital mp3 lovers, J.U.'s album is also available on iTunes.

- Our next event that we will be featured on is next thursday, May 13th at 2nd Street Jazz in the heart of downtown Los Angeles. This event will be dedicated to Dj Hideo. Come and show support!

04.25.2010 - Always smiling
- He was a friend and a mentor, and also someone more like family to us. We are all grateful to have crossed paths with him as his warm humble presence was always welcoming and there was something to be learned from him everytime we met. Music wise, he is the man who helped built the westcoast, and provided knowledge to younger generations, and helped give opportunities to not only Japanese Americans but Asian Americans as well. Friend wise, he was the man who was always smiling who always gave care to others. Until we meet again my friend.

We will miss you Hideo.

04.05.2010 - Ahh Yeeaaa
- We received these in the mail the other day from the folks over at Music Securities Entertainment. These discs are the DVD + CD that includes footage from AK's Red Magic Tour Final that was hosted at Zepp Nagoya with thousands + people. His performance of the track "They Don't Know" produced by our very own Ryu definitely had people talking as it was one of the most memorable performance from the night. We want to congratulate AK on all of his accomplishments in the music industry. Not to mention, these CDs already went number one on the Billboard Japan's Independent Charts! Shout out to Mr. Yamada, the whole MS label, and of course, AK-69!

04.26.2010 - Starting the weekend early!
- Thanks for everyone coming out to 2nd St. Jazz in downtown. The show went well and this morning might have been a struggle to wake up for couple of us who had work but it didn't matter because thursday night was a good night. Shout out to all of the performers, KOG, Mc Hinomaru, Trey-Beama, Brother-In-Law Project!
- Many up-and coming talents in one night, showcasing their music.

03.20.2010 - Live @ 2nd St. Jazz!
- If you have nothing to do this Thursday night, come join us in downtown at 2nd St. Jazz to see J.U. perform, along with other local Los Angeles artists! Located at 366 E 2nd St, Los Angeles, CA 90012. We will be giving out free CDs and goodies!

01.28.2010 - Special appearance by......
- We mentioned that a special big guest was going to be in town. Yes, our good friend AK-69 was in LA for a little while. With his recent nomination as Billboard Japan's independent artist of the year, he has many things going on in his career as an artist. First, we took him to Artisans Studio (Roscoe Umali's studio) for a little session to start off the night. Shout out to our boy Wonju of Cooti Productions for making it all happen!
- With AK, Listening to instrumentals, choosing out tracks, writing a little bit, and mainly talking over plans for our next moves....and most of all, we just made sure he had a good time in LA. And after the studio, off we go to Hollywood!
- And we ended the night in Hollywood with Mr. A-Dogg from Real Deal Brand. Shout out to our main man AK and the homie Shige aka Greensta! Shige owns a record store called Bout Records and also a bar in Nagoya so make sure to check his places out if you ever visit AK and Shige's hometown. It was great to have the two guests in LA and we hope to see you all soon! If not, V.S.P. is going to go to Japan!

- For all of our online visitors, we brought back the sample playback option in the music section of the website so you can listen to the songs. All albums and singles can now be listened to streaming so you can sample the music! So if you want to hear the tracks, check out the music section!

01.14.2010 - What's new
- So we have been busy lately with different stuffs (not to mention the day jobs we have), but we wanted to let you all know that we always have plans going on in music. A lot of the times, we have been out putting out the word about J,U.'s new album. It's also available on iTunes! Oh and by the way, we have a BIG GUEST coming in to town next week so stay tuned for that!

- Hope you had a great new year! We at V.S.P. have some more projects going on right now, With the big release of J.U.'s new album, "Life, Love, & Huslte; The Experience," there is no slowing down as we get ready to put out more new music! Starting with our other main artist, Kaido, expect some new releases by him soon. In the meantime, make sure to check out J.U.'s album if you haven't yet and lets make 2010 a great year!
